What You'll Get:

SPIFF What You'll Be Doing:

Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems to spec, clean and code-compliant Diagnosing and repairing service calls across a range of systems Following established SOPs and company standards on every job Pulling and respecting permits, and holding the line on safety Documenting your work accurately (paperwork is part of doing it right) Communicating clearly with dispatch, the office, and the customer Keeping your truck, tools, and installs in order

Who We're Looking For:

You follow the process because you know it produces better work, not because someone's watching. You take direction well and hold yourself accountable. And you sweat the details most people skip. Hands-on experience in HVAC installation (required) Service and troubleshooting experience across residential and light commercial systems (required) Solid technical knowledge across low and high voltage, refrigerant, airflow, and basic diagnostics EPA 608 certification Valid driver's license with a clean record Comfortable with paperwork and following a defined process How to
