Based in the Greater Houston area, we specialize in providing reliable service and installation for both residential and commercial projects. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction makes us a trusted name in the community. Job Summary We are seeking an HVAC Helper/Apprentice who is excited about the industry and eager to learn everything they can. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically proficient individual who is looking to grow into a fully developed Technician and will eventually be able to run service calls independently. The successful candidate will display beginner to intermediate HVAC knowledge/experience, a positive, can-do attitude, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Weekly hours will vary depending on time of year and workload but will average between 20-40. Duties and Responsibilities As an HVAC Helper/Apprentice, your primary duties will include: Under direct supervision by a Lead Technician in the field: Perform routine preventive maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during service calls. Qualifications To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess the following: Recent graduate of an accredited HVAC trade school/technical program. Some previous hands-on work experience is helpful but not required. EPA Universal certification. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Authorized to work in the US. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Residents of Spring/Woodlands/Tomball area highly preferred.
