What You Will Be Doing Running residential service and diagnostic calls across North Houston Performing cooling and heating maintenance tune-ups Presenting findings and repair options to homeowners with clarity and confidence Offering and closing maintenance memberships on every visit Installing IAQ accessories, UV systems, surge protectors, and ancillary products Keeping the truck, tools, and paperwork dialed in using Housecall Pro Helping mentor the next tech we hire behind you What We Need From You 5 to 10 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic skills on split systems, heat pumps, and gas furnaces EPA 608 certification (required) Active TDLR registration (required) Clean driving record and valid Texas driver's license (required) Your own basic hand tools, gauges, and multimeter The kind of customer presence that makes homeowners say, send that guy back Smartphone comfort - we run on Housecall Pro The mindset of an owner, not a clock-puncher What You Get Pay and Bonuses $24 - $35 per hour depending on experience Performance bonuses.
