Commercial HVAC Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $25.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm) Assemble Custom HVAC and refrigeration cooling system components following detailed work instructions and engineering specifications. Install various components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, piping, programmable valves, PLC's and other related parts for custom commercial refrigeration units. Execute critical processes such as leak testing, evacuation, and precise refrigerant charging. Perform comprehensive functional testing on assembled units and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Interpret and apply information from wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Utilize a range of diagnostic tools, including gauges and meters, to verify system performance and ensure operational integrity. Accurately document test results, and production data.

Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:

Must have experience working with commercial HVAC systems or commercial refrigeration units. EPA 608 Certification preferred (Universal a plus) Programmable valves & PLC experience helpful. Proven experience with commercial HVAC systems assembly, installation, and testing. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics). Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending, and stooping.
