We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and understands the importance of doing the job right the first time. This position will primarily focus on residential HVAC system replacements and installations . Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems, including condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, evaporator coils, and related equipment Perform complete HVAC system change-outs Install and modify refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical connections, thermostats, and related components Assist with ductwork installation and modifications as needed Properly start up and test newly installed systems Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Protect customers' homes and property while performing work Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete installation paperwork and job documentation Follow company procedures, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Skills Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices Ability to troubleshoot installation-related issues Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record EPA certification preferred Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work
