Know Your Team:
UT Health Tyler is the flagship hospital of the system, serving hundreds of thousands annually. Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our Midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region?s only EMCO program, and a Level
III NICU.
Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Completes Preventative Maintenance work orders as assigned to ensure regulatory compliance. Completes Work Orders as assigned in a timely manner. Completes Rounds & Readings as assigned according to department policy. Participates in department maintenance projects and activities outside of normal job duties. Assigned mechanical spaces and areas are kept clean, orderly and in good repair. Monitors HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure, codes, regulations, and hospital standards are being met.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years? experience in the HVAC field with knowledge of all trades related to building maintenance preferred Refrigerant Recovery License - Universal required (can obtain within one (1) year of hire date)
Preferred Experience:
Plumbing/Electrical or HVAC license preferred
