Your New Role Perform residential HVAC service throughout the Victoria service area. Diagnose HVAC system issues accurately. Complete truck stock repairs as appropriate. Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally. Recommend HVAC equipment replacements when needed. Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit. Document work using Housecall Pro or a comparable dispatch CRM. Monitor and improve personal KPIs including close rate, average ticket, and production. Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and teammates. Maintain high-quality workmanship while representing the company professionally.
