In this role, you will assist in installing air conditioning systems across various properties. Your enthusiasm for mechanical work, combined with a willingness to learn, will contribute to delivering high-quality climate control solutions. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of air conditioning units, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment according to schematics and design plans Assist with welding, mechanical repairs, and equipment repair tasks necessary for system installation Follow safety protocols during field service operations and ensure all work complies with industry standards Support the team in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design specifications for efficient installation Experience Prior experience in construction or service technician roles related to HVAC is preferred Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable Ability to operate tools such as torch kits and common tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.
