3C Mechanical is a trusted provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) services. We specialize in delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and repairs for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HVAC-R Service Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration units. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of HVAC-R systems. Install and replace HVAC-R components as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Maintain accurate service records and complete necessary paperwork. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while on job sites.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years Experience in Service technician experience. EPA 608 Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.. Experience with commercial and residential HVAC-R systems. Proficiency in technical diagrams.
