Controls Technician Kelso Building Services (KBS)- Waco, TX Join One of the Fastest Growing Smart Building Teams in the Country Kelso Building Services (KBS) is seeking experienced Senior Building Automation Systems (BAS) Service Technicians to support and grow our Building Automation Systems (BAS) service business throughout Texas.
MQTT API
Integrations Networking fundamentals VPN technologies Remote access solutions OT cybersecurity best practices Qualifications Required 3+ years of BAS service experience. Strong HVAC troubleshooting knowledge. Experience reading control drawings and sequences of operation. Experience commissioning and servicing DDC systems. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to pass background screening and drug testing. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Niagara N4 Certification. Manufacturer certifications. HVAC Technician certification. Electrical troubleshooting experience. Associate degree or technical training in HVAC, Controls, Electronics, or related field. Compensation & Benefits Compensation $35.00- $45.
