What You'll Do As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll: Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues Recommend repair or replacement options based on the customer's needs Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Communicate findings clearly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training Rotate through our on-call schedule What We're Looking For We're interested in technicians who are: Experienced in residential HVAC service (5+ years preferred) Strong troubleshooters with a desire to continue learning Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Comfortable explaining options without using high-pressure sales tactics Familiar with tablets, mobile applications, and service software EPA Certified Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$100,000+ Annual Total Compensation Package Sign-on bonus available Our top-performing technicians are rewarded for the value they bring to our customers. Your total compensation includes a competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives, allowing motivated technicians to earn $80,000-$100,000+ annually.
