Residential HVAC Installers

  • 125,000+ Per Year Fast Response Heating & Cooling is growing and looking for experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers and Install Helpers to join our team. We are looking for installers who take pride in their work, work well as part of a team, and want a long-term, year-round career with a company that stays busy. What We Offer $60,000

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience . You should be comfortable with residential system replacements, including split gas systems, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, evaporator coils, condensers, drain systems, thermostats, plenums, transitions, and basic duct modifications, installing component such as compressors, evap coils and retro-fitting. Lead Installer candidates should be capable of taking responsibility for the complete installation, directing a helper, identifying installation requirements, maintaining quality standards, and completing jobs efficiently. Our Expectations We want people who show up, work hard, and finish the job the right way . Our installers are expected to maintain professional workmanship, treat customers and teammates with respect, keep jobsites clean, communicate problems before they become delays, and work together to complete scheduled installations efficiently. This is residential HVAC, so flexibility is important. Monday-Friday is the normal schedule, with Saturdays and additional hours required when workload and seasonal demand call for it.
