Lead HVAC Installer

Overview The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and completing HVAC installation projects both residential and commercial, ensuring that all assignments are carried out with professionalism and integrity. The position is integral to maintaining the values of the company and delivering reliable service to clients throughout Emery and Carbon counties. Responsibilities Attend and participate in all training and company meetings/events Run and supervise crew. Ensuring system is installed correctly, efficiently, and safely for residential and commercial clients. Invoice and collect money from clients Enter detailed notes for each job Follow the Snow's installation procedures and protocols for installations Daily communication with office for part ordering and scheduling Be able to perform quarterly reviews on employees under your supervision.

Compliance:

Maintain knowledge of and compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes. Skills Strong construction background with experience in mechanical installation and property maintenance Proven service technician experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration units, boilers, and appliances Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans accurately Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, ammonia refrigeration processes, and HVAC/R equipment Field service expertise including troubleshooting electrical components with tools like ohmmeters and performing equipment repair or welding tasks Experience with property maintenance tasks related to air conditioning units or boiler systems Valid driver's license with a clean driver record preferred for travel between job sites Familiarity with HVAC/R safety standards and procedures including handling refrigerants such as ammonia or other chemicals Mechanical skills including welding or boiler maintenance are advantageous Ability to work independently or lead a team effectively in fast-paced environments Snow's Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our family. Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
