Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in diagnosing problems, providing quality repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work directly with homeowners and businesses to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while representing our company with professionalism and integrity. Compensation 100% Commission-Based Your income is based entirely on your performance, with no cap on earnings . We provide quality service calls and the opportunity for motivated technicians to build a highly rewarding career. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues. Recommend repairs, maintenance, or replacement options based on customer needs. Complete digital work orders and service documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work area. Provide professional, courteous customer service on every job. Follow all company safety policies and local code requirements. Qualifications Previous HVAC service experience required. EPA Certification (Required). RMGA Certification (Required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions. Why Join Our Team?
