Experienced HVAC Technician

We're Hiring! We are a growing residential and light commercial plumbing, heating, and air company looking to add an experienced HVAC technician to our team. What We're Looking For:

Experienced HVAC technician EPA certification required Confident with residential service calls Installation experience required Plumbing experience is not required, but is a huge plus Strong work ethic and a team-first mentality Must be reliable, professional, and eager to grow with us Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation

Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC repairs, diagnostics, installations, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers Diagnose and service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, package units, mini splits, and related HVAC equipment Assist with or complete HVAC system changeouts and installations Ensure all work is completed to code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work van Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Accurately complete job tickets, invoices, photos, and documentation Safely operate power tools, ladders, recovery equipment, torches, meters, and HVAC service equipment Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions Respect customer property by keeping work areas clean and minimizing disruptions Follow company policies, safety procedures, and dress code Be on time, ready to work, and willing to continue learning new skills Help with plumbing-related tasks when needed, depending on experience and willingness to learn
