Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a full-time HVAC service technician to join our team

IMMEDIATELY!

We are a highly rated (4.9 stars on Google) Veteran owned company serving Southern Utah and parts of Nevada who has been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. We require that candidates have 2+ years experience in the industry and who are comfortable working with little to no supervision. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, professional, friendly and qualified to diagnose and repair a range of HVAC systems: Gas and Electric furnaces, Heat pumps, Condensers, Swamp coolers, Wall heaters and ducted/ductless mini split systems. Responsibilities Perform Service Calls Properly diagnose and repair HVAC systems Use and provide your own specialized tools to conduct tests and diagnose equipment Inspect and maintain HVAC systems for safety and efficiency Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner and inform them of their role in keeping their HVAC equipment maintained (i.e. change filters regularly) Collect notes and pictures for each service call to be uploaded to HouseCall Pro Software Communicate with the office for authorization of parts, work, and scheduling. Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and parts.

HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

2 Years minimum HVAC experience Certifications through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants Certification or Associates degree from a certified HVAC program preferred State HVAC Technician License Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way that they understand Critical thinker, problem solver Must hold state driver's license and have a clean driving record Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule that is updated throughout the day Must have own tools Pass a background and drug test Willing to work some Saturdays Benefits Company truck Dental/Vision insurance available Health plan and HSA available Flexible schedule Fuel card Paid time off/Vacation after 1 year Vision insurance
