Compensation Competitive hourly base pay commensurate with experience and certifications. Commission structure on truck revenue — tiered based on weekly performance. Paid bi-weekly. Full compensation structure discussed during the interview process. What You Will Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. Complete accurate inspections and communicate findings to customers using a written options sheet — no pressure selling, just honest assessment Complete the Health and Safety Checklist on every inspection and document all findings with photographs Present repair and replacement options clearly and accurately, with consistent and correct pricing Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and accurately inventoried service vehicle at all times Order parts for scheduled appointments and ensure daily job preparedness Process warranty parts and paperwork promptly and follow up to ensure completion Record all materials used for job costing and inventory replenishment Communicate Club Membership benefits to customers as part of every service interaction Protect customer property and leave every home cleaner than you found it As the team grows, take an active role in mentoring and developing junior technicians — we are building a training culture and experienced techs will lead it Coordinate with dispatch, the office team, and install department to ensure every job objective is met Report all safety issues immediately to a supervisor or manager What We Are Looking For EPA 608 Certification required RMGA Certification required or actively pursuing High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred Minimum five years of residential HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and service experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic skills — you do not guess and you do not patch; you find the problem and fix it correctly Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams Valid driver's license with a clean record and insurable under the company's carrier Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and GPS navigation systems — our techs work paperlessly in the field Customer communication skills that match your technical ability — you can explain a complex problem to a homeowner clearly and honestly Someone who values relationships over sales scripts and believes trust is earned through service Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through and attention to detail Team-first attitude — you communicate, you show up, and you hold yourself accountable What We Offer Stable full-time position with genuine long-term growth opportunity Owner-led company — no corporate red tape, no absentee management Established reputation in Southern Utah built over 45 years Commission and performance incentive structure that rewards skill and initiative A team culture grounded in accountability, professionalism, and high standards Direct voice in how this company grows — your input matters here Stable, year-round employment with a growing company.
