Job Location:

Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite) Reports to : Director of Service 50% - 75% travel requirement within the United States. Must have 7+ years of experience, including air-cooled chiller experience.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The client is seeking for a Field Service Technician , working directly with our team as well as local contractors, focusing on Startup/Commissioning and Service for all our equipment's. There is a 50% - 75% travel requirement within the United States. We are looking for someone who is a detail-oriented individual who is goal-oriented with a foundational knowledge of HVAC. This individual should have good written and verbal communication skills. The Service Technician needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person can work both independently and with a team. The client values efficiency and strives to maintain smooth operations. Our primary focus is on providing an integrated cooling system for data centers and commercial buildings that dramatically reduces the energy demand, water consumption, and cost of cooling . It transforms the economics and eco-metrics of commercial cooling with zero-water solutions that outperform air- and water-cooled systems in any climate.

Key Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to: Manage Preventative Maintenance and Service schedules. Perform on-site quality Control for the installation of our products Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients Be available to take emergency issues when on call. Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule Collaboration with different departments within the company for product development and improvement Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of our equipment.

Skills & Requirements:

Education /

Experience:

608 EPA certification Experience in Mechanical Critical Infrastructure Service and Maintenance Specific Skills /

Abilities:

Baseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components. Knowledge of hydronic systems Ability to effectively troubleshoot HVAC systems Understand refrigeration theory as well as hands-on applied sciences Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service Ability to read drawings at a basic level Able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the day

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
