HVAC Installer Lead

We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to run residential system changeouts and deliver high quality work for our homeowners. This role is for someone who has experience enough to confidently problem solve and finish installs in a timely manner. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC system replacements (mainly heat pumps) Oversee a helper on installations Ensure installs are clean, safe, and code compliant Communicate with homeowners in a professional manner Maintain job quality and efficiency Keep track of your work and help maintain quality service records. What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA and RMGA Certifications Experience with full system changeouts Ability to run installs independently Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Valid driver's license We are looking for technicians who care about doing the job right and take pride in their work.
