Maintenance Technicians Description & Requirements Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Service Technician covering our Salt Lake City/Sandy, UT market. The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified, and will work for the Service department.

•Candidates must live within 30-mile radius from service area. General Responsibilities Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - Cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc. Working well independently with little or no supervision Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment's notice, in case of emergencies Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area Work Schedule + Benefits Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)

Schedule:

Five (5) days a week, rotating schedule including holidays and weekends

Hours:

7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability required Travel is required (25%) and it is preferred if this individual lives in close proximity to the Salt Lake City area Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance Pay Range is $34.81-$38.90 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors. Qualifications Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification A minimum of three (3) years' experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase) 'Soda Fountain' and trade school experience is a plus Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs A valid UT Driver's License is required (Company vehicle provided) About In-N-Out Burger In-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
