We value professionalism, accountability, and team-first culture. Position Summary We are seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Technician with 3+ years of experience in commercial settings. This role requires strong technical skills along with leadership capability, who can lead jobs, mentor junior technicians, and represent the company professionally in the field. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems Service walk-in coolers, freezers, rack systems, prep tables, and ice machines Lead job sites and support/mentor apprentice or junior technicians Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance on all calls Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components Complete accurate service documentation Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and management Requirements 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience EPA Universal Certification (Required) Demonstrated leadership experience in the field (leading jobs or mentoring techs) Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Professional attitude and strong work ethics Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (DOE) Company van provided Gas card provided Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Full benefits apply at 60 days of employment) Paid Time Off (PTO)- Accrue PTO on day one! 8 Paid Holidays Year-round commercial work Opportunities for advancement into senior or lead technician roles Why Join Us?
