This role supervises HVAC technicians, coordinates daily work activities, and supports preventative maintenance programs. Essential Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs) and related building systems. Supervise and support HVAC technicians by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and materials to support timely repairs and preventative maintenance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in HVAC preferred. Three (3) years of commercial HVAC experience required. Experience servicing rooftop units (RTUs) required. One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with dust collection systems preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Commercial HVAC and RTU systems and maintenance Preventative maintenance practices Strong troubleshooting Team leadership and communication Physical Requirements Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb ladders, and access rooftop equipment between multiple buildings Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
