Monday-Friday schedule:
7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems. Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment. Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments when necessary. Educate homeowners and provide detailed repair and replacement options. Present financing and maintenance plan options when appropriate. Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to provide seamless service. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site. Complete invoices, documentation, and service records accurately and promptly. Participate in ongoing training and company meetings.
What You Need:
Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. Experience servicing and repairing residential HVAC equipment. EPA Certification preferred. ServiceTitan experience highly desirable. Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying positions and environments. Clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers. $25.00 - $42.00 per hour
