Our reputation is built on trust and delivering quality work with professionalism. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated HVAC Helper to join our team. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the HVAC industry. As a Helper, you will assist experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn will enable you to build valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and plumbing components Support the setup and operation of HVAC systems using schematics and technical diagrams Help with equipment repair tasks such as welding, using ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting, and handling mechanical components Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures Learn to interpret HVAC design plans and schematics to aid in system installation and troubleshooting Support field service operations Experience Previous experience in construction or service technician roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Basic mechanical knowledge including familiarity with plumbing, refrigeration, boilers, or appliance repair is advantageous Experience working with schematics or HVAC design plans is a plus Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding, or using testing tools like ohmmeters is beneficial Mechanical or mechanic experience related to HVAC/R systems will support your success in this role Join our team and launch your career in the HVAC industry.
