Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship with integrity and professionalism. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and/or electrical systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates well with customers, and works efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities may include troubleshooting service calls, performing installations, ensuring all work meets code requirements, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. We value reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. Competitive pay based on experience. Licensing and certifications are preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings. Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades according to industry standards and local codes. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient system operation. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work. Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and applicable building codes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites. Manage tools, equipment, and materials responsibly. Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including participation in on-call rotation if applicable. Work collaboratively with team members while also being able to operate independently. Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical service and installation (preferred). Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Trade license or certification preferred (Journeyman, Master, EPA certification for HVAC, etc.) but not required for the right candidate. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals (as applicable to trade). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform job-related physical tasks. Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, if applicable. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
