Job Description

Residential and Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician/Installer Location:
Northern VA Company:
Air Novations HVAC Duties Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and regulations Train and mentor junior technicians Communicate effectively with clients regarding service and system performance Refrigeration & Food Service Equipment Duties Process and complete work orders in a timely manner Install refrigeration systems, climate control units, and beverage equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures Test and inspect newly installed systems to ensure proper operation Read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics Replace worn components such as seals, motors, and exterior panels Maintain appropriate inventory and stock levels Advise clients on equipment upgrades and alternative cooling solutions Provide clear and accurate repair estimates and recommendations General Expectations Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and accountability at all times Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints Excellent communication and customer service skills EPA certification (preferred/required if applicable) Valid driver's license and clean driving record How to Apply To apply or schedule an interview, please contact Air Novations at 703-813-8900.
