Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving our Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC and mechanical systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, geothermal systems, oil boilers, ductless mini-splits, and generators. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment accurately and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure peak efficiency. Educate customers on system performance & offer expert solutions. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch, management and office staff. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Follow safety protocols and company protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician is required Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various HVAC systems. Ability to read schematics and technical documents related to HVAC installations and repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
