About this role:

Process Equipment records for Installs Process and file warranties with manufacturer Process and pull permits from local municipalities Data entry for jobs Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable invoices Understand expense accounts and cost centers

Qualifications:

Hands-on experienced with spreadsheets and proprietary software Proficiency in English and in MS Office a plus High Degree of accuracy and attention to detail Able to concentrate in a fast-paced atmosphere and meet deadlines High school equivalency required
