$40.00-$45.00 Per HR Description This position is located onsite in Vienna, VA, and requires a candidate within 45 minutes of the location for emergencies. It is a contract role with W2 and C2C options available. The role involves managing and overseeing mechanical operations, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems, requiring strong technical expertise and knowledge of local codes. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee mechanical operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance. Demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill in HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across a range of mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with state and local mechanical codes. Maintain strong technical expertise in mechanical system maintenance. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the mechanical field. VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License required. 7 years of experience in HVAC systems. Commercial HVAC experience is essential. Knowledgeable about state and local mechanical codes.
