Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated technicians who thrive on solving complex mechanical challenges and delivering exceptional service. You will work in diverse environments, utilizing your technical knowledge to improve comfort and safety for our clients. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and design specifications Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic devices Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC/R (refrigeration) diagrams to accurately troubleshoot system problems Conduct service calls in the field to repair appliances, refrigeration units, plumbing components, and property maintenance systems Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions Ensure compliance with safety standards including proper handling of ammonia refrigeration systems and other hazardous materials Skills Extensive experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation and property development Proven service technician experience with hands-on repair of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, boilers, and appliances Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical drawings Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC setups and refrigeration applications Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in equipment repair, welding, and maintenance procedures Familiarity with field service operations including troubleshooting complex issues on-site Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively in diagnosing electrical problems Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( driver) for travel between job sites Mechanical knowledge complemented by mechanic experience in industrial or commercial settings Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
