You'll serve homeowners across Norfolk, VA—restoring comfort, improving system reliability, and ensuring safe, code-compliant operation. What you'll tackle Identify root causes of performance issues in residential HVAC systems. Service and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Install new or replacement equipment to spec and industry standards. Present repair options and maintenance plans with clarity and transparency. Record parts, labor, and time on each job accurately. Track developments in HVAC tech and incorporate best practices. Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines on every call. Credentials that matter High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC technical training preferred). Valid HVAC certification and VA HVAC Journeyman Mechanic license. 2+ years of residential HVAC repair and maintenance experience.
