Working Days/Hours:
Monday throughFriday:
7:00am-3:30pm.Hourly Pay Rate:
$32.96 per hour.Health and Welfare Pay:
$1,254.25 per month (per CBA). This position also offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and pension plan per the collective bargaining agreement. Candidate must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment. HVAC Mechanic (Nate Certified) hourly pay rate $35.02 per hour. HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. High School Diploma or G.E.D is required. Universal EPA or CFC certification is required. Technical training in HVAC is highly desired. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
