Job Description
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to service multiple commercial properties within an assigned territory. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems, execute preventive maintenance programs, and ensure optimal building performance for high-profile clients. You'll respond to service calls, maintain accurate work orders, and uphold safety, environmental, and compliance standards. Working independently in the field, you'll collaborate with property and facilities teams while representing JLL's performance-driven, client-focused culture. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple client sites Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment life Respond to emergency and routine HVAC service calls within defined SLAs Use BAS and controls to monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot building comfort and efficiency issues Document all work performed in CMMS, including parts used, labor hours, and recommendations Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and refrigerant handling regulations Coordinate with property and facilities teams to plan shutdowns, upgrades, and repairs Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend system improvements to clients Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in safe, organized condition Support JLL's performance, integrity, and customer service standards on all client sites.
