• Company outings and events that build a strong culture What You'll Be Doing Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Complete retrofit and replacement jobs in occupied homes with minimal disruption to customers Follow installation standards, manufacturer specifications, and company processes Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites from start to finish Test and verify system performance after installation Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being completed Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field What You Bring 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation skills Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays when needed Solid understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices Strong communication skills and professional presence in customers' homes Ability to manage time effectively and stay on schedule What Sets You Apart You take pride in clean installs and attention to detail You troubleshoot issues confidently without cutting corners You work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards You communicate well with both customers and team members You bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt If you're an experienced installer who wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, supports your growth, and pays for quality work, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
