Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to support the operation and maintenance of our Wendy's restaurant locations throughout Virginia . This role is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys working independently, solving mechanical issues, and helping keep restaurants operating safely and efficiently. As a member of our Facilities team, you'll travel to multiple restaurant locations performing preventative maintenance , troubleshooting equipment , and completing repairs on critical restaurant systems . We provide a company vehicle, professional tools, and the support you need to be successful. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance at Wendy's restaurant locations throughout Virginia. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment and facility systems. Service commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and equipment failures. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair updates with management. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards. Work independently while managing daily service routes and maintenance priorities. Travel throughout Virginia to support restaurant maintenance needs. Qualifications Previous restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) maintenance experience is preferred. Current EPA HVAC/Refrigeration Certification is required. Strong experience repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in various environments. Willingness to travel throughout the Virginia market. Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Pay Starting Pay:

$25.00-$40.00 per hour , based on experience and certifications. Overtime opportunities available.
