4-5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance & repairs experience required Troubleshooting and problem solving skills Experience with 5

• 100 ton package units, spilt systems, computer room A/C units, and/or EMCS (Energy Management Control Systems) Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Dispatched from home to commercial job sites, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Commercial HVAC Systems Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures. Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures. Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts. Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics. Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
