Job Description
HVAC Installer Wanted - Full-Time We're Hiring an Experienced HVAC Installer! We're looking for a skilled, dependable HVAC Installer who can complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. If you take pride in quality workmanship, have a strong work ethic, and can work independently or as part of a team, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Complete full HVAC system installations from start to finish. Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and accessories Geothermal installation is a plus Read installation specifications. Properly size, fabricate, and install ductwork as needed. Perform system start-ups, testing, and final commissioning. Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems operate efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. Ability to complete installations with minimal supervision. Knowledge of local HYAC codes and industry best practices. EPA Certification not required but is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
