Entry Level HVAC InstallerCozy Heating Inc. is looking for a motivated Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our growing team!

Pay & Benefits $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Ongoing Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities Family-oriented work environment What You'll Do Working alongside a Lead Installer, you will assist with installing residential heating and cooling systems, including: Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools Assist with installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless systems, and accessories Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal ductwork Help route refrigerant lines, venting, and drain lines Assist with brazing copper refrigerant piping Wire thermostats and HVAC equipment Read installation plans and follow company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Protect customers' homes throughout the installation process Safely operate tools and equipment Maintain company vehicles, inventory, and equipment Complete required paperwork and daily job documentation Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Cozy Heating professionally What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Construction or trade experience is a plus but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and dependable Team player who enjoys learning Good communication skills Attention to detail Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, attics, crawl spaces, and ladders Requirements Valid Washington State Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to and from work Grow Your Career At Cozy Heating, many of our employees have built long-term careers by starting in entry-level positions and growing into experienced installers, service technicians, sales professionals, and leadership roles.
