What You'll Do:

Service residential HVAC systems with expertise and care Diagnose problems and explain solutions in terms customers understand Protect customers' homes like they're your own (floor savers, drop cloths, clean work areas) Double-check your work—callbacks aren't just costly, they're disappointing Keep your truck professional—it represents the quality inside

What We're Looking For:

2+ years hands-on HVAC experience (residential service preferred) Clean background check and drug-free Can handle physical demands: lifting 80 lbs, tight spaces, all weather conditions You care about getting it right the first time You can explain technical problems without talking down to customers You want to be the tech who solves problems others can't A clean 36-month driving record and valid driver license Typical end time: 5PM Typical start time: 7
