Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our small, privately owned family business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 6 years of HVAC experience with an aptitude for learning mechanical systems and the ability to supervise and train a small crew. Our company holds high ethical standards and takes extreme pride in the quality of work we provide for our customers. Our company specializes and offers services for radiant floor heating/cooling, mini splits, ventilation, air to water heat pumps and boiler replacements.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage installation of HVAC systems, ensuring that all work is completed according to company specifications and safety guidelines Lead and train installation team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines Address homeowners' concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process. Identify and resolve installation issues on-site, ensuring that the systems function correctly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs. Build new HVAC systems according to specifications Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years' experience required Proven experience to managing or mentoring a team with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and local codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Positive attitude, motivated to work and works well independently and on a team Clean appearance and professional conduct Mechanical aptitude and are comfortable working with hand tools Good physical health with the ability to lift 75 pounds and the repetitive ability to lift 50 lbs Comfortable in close spaces, ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops Valid WA driver's license with an insurable driving record and ability to safely drive a company van
