As a key leader on the installation crew, you will oversee the proper setup of HVAC systems, ensuring they meet safety standards, design specifications, and customer expectations. Your expertise will help deliver comfortable, energy-efficient solutions to homeowners while mentoring junior team members and maintaining high-quality workmanship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects from start to finish, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to make a tangible impact in our customers' homes. Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols. Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately install systems. Coordinate with team members, property owners, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability. Ensure all installations comply with local codes, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge including refrigeration Ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans accurately. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, welding techniques, and property maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC.
