Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of building maintenance and facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple residential sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across assigned facilities. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders efficiently. Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Respond effectively to emergency situations to ensure safety and operational continuity. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. What's Needed? Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in building maintenance or related fields. Valid EPA Universal certification; electrical trainee card and/or 06/07 Electrical License are advantageous. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft. Valid driver's license and willingness to support after-hours activities as needed.
