THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who meets these requirements: 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience Knowledge of HVAC products and services Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to travel to customer locations as needed Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand tools, power tools, and trade knowledge Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances Must have a valid WA State driver's license and a good driving record Must provide own tools Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces We're looking for a hardworking, reliable professional who brings a strong work ethic, positive mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional results every day.
