Strong Team Culture:
Monthly breakfasts, team events, and a culture focused on support, integrity, and development What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Serve as the first point of contact with customers—building trust through communication, professionalism, and product knowledge Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC systems Educate homeowners on system health, upgrades, and available solutions Make product and service recommendations based on customers' needs Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and communication on every call Meet performance goals and participate in our monthly spiff/bonus program, paid out on the 10th of each month Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Excellent communication and customer service skills A passion for helping people and making professional recommendations A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to use hand and power tools to inspect and maintain equipment (we provide training) Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training Clean, professional appearance and demeanor Valid Washington State driver's license with insurable record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and screening Highschool Diploma or GED required.
Work Schedule:
Predetermined shifts, typically Tuesday to Saturday Overtime available during high-demand or extreme weather periods Commitment to supporting work-life balance where possible
