HVAC Service Technician - REIC Rentals Are you looking to contribute your HVAC expertise with a well-established, customer-focused leader in construction and industrial climate control equipment rentals? At REIC Rentals, we are hiring customer- and safety-focused HVAC Service Technicians to serve as trusted technical experts keeping our rental fleet-high-performance heating, cooling, dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control equipment-operating at its best, whether in the shop or at customer sites. Your work ensures equipment is safe, reliable, and always customer-ready. About Us REIC Rentals is a trusted full-line equipment partner serving projects across North America. Monday-Friday (+ on-call rotating weeks) Competitive pay: hourly + overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match after 60 days Employee referral bonus program A culture centered on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction What You'll Do Prioritize safety-on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment training Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs What You'll Bring HVAC education/training preferred: 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work OR HVAC Tech School can be used in lieu of 3-5 years experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude Proven safety-first mindset in shop and field settings Clear communication skills with customers and teammates 608 Universal EPA Certification
REQUIRED
Clean driving record and 21+ years of age Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the PNW #stepintosuccess REIC is NOT open to 3rd party recruiter or recruiting agency solicitation
