Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and IAQ products. Perform maintenance inspections and identify potential system issues. Educate homeowners on repair options, maintenance recommendations, and replacement opportunities. Complete detailed service notes, photos, and documentation using company software. Maintain a professional appearance and provide an outstanding customer experience. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines. Work closely with dispatch, sales, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in weekly meetings, training, and ongoing professional development. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to use tablets, mobile apps, and field service software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. EPA Certification. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments. Preferred NATE Certification. Experience with Bryant, Mitsubishi, or similar equipment. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software. Sales or service recommendation experience. Electrical troubleshooting experience.
