Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drainage, and related components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and extend system life.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, service issues, and emergency repair needs.
- Inspect building systems, identify potential problems, and recommend practical repair solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions while following safety standards and building codes. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $27.00 to $37.00 per hour.
