At Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric , we're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and creating an outstanding customer experience. If you're a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and installing high-quality comfort systems, we want to meet you. Serving homeowners throughout Snohomish, King, and Skagit counties, we're committed to quality workmanship, integrity, and doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, and related equipment. Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards. Mentor and develop apprentice installers. Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the installation process. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Work closely with the installation and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For Residential HVAC installation experience. Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork. EPA Certification required. Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in your work. What We Offer $40-$55 per hour , depending on experience. Company vehicle (for qualified team members).
