Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience Washington Electrical O6A Certification Idaho training card Valid EPA Certification Gas Mech 1 Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required) Nate Certification Idaho Journeyman HVAC Trade school certificate Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with Service Titan Procore knowledge What We Offer Clear career path and advancement opportunities Competitive Pay Tuition reimbursement Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Kayaks and paddleboards available for employee use Employer Paid Life Insurance with EAP Seasonal Event Tickets 401(k) with company match A team-focused culture that values safety, accountability, and growth Join the team that builds more than just HVAC systems—we build careers.
