HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

Installation of furnaces, heat pumps, A/C, and water heaters for new construction projects

HVAC Installer Qualifications:

Lead installers should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a lead installing residential HVAC equipment and the leadership skills necessary to supervise and develop junior installers. The Lead Installer should have the: Technical skills to perform quality installations Customer relations skill required to earn customer confidence and satisfaction Desire to learn and continuously improve
